Navarasa

Rasa literally translates to juice or essence. The Sanskrit text Natyashastra discusses the rasa theory, a concept in the Indian arts about the aesthetic flavour of any visual, literary or musical work that evokes an emotion or feeling in the reader or audience but cannot be described. This is a series of typographic explorations in Devanagiri to express these rasas that any work of art could evoke.

The typeface used across the series is Khand by the Indian Type Foundry.
